Modelling Submission - 3-Page Magazine Feature Submission

This category allows selected models to be featured across three full A4 pages in Sydney Chic Magazine.

Models have two options for submitting content:

1. Submit Your Own Professional Images
   You may submit your own professionally captured images for consideration.
2. Sydney Chic Magazine Organised Photoshoot
   If you do not have suitable images available, Sydney Chic Magazine may organise a professional photoshoot for you. This may take place in a studio, indoor location, or outdoor location, depending on the creative direction, availability, and suitability of the concept.

All photography arrangements, creative direction, final image selection, and publication layout must be agreed upon by both parties prior to publication.

Image Submission Requirements

All submitted images must be uploaded to Google Drive, with the link emailed to:

and copied to:
sydneychicmagazine@gmail.com

Images submitted for publication must meet the following requirements:

• File type: JPEG or TIFF
• Resolution: 300 DPI
• Number of images: Minimum 10 images
• Images must be high-quality, professional, and suitable for print publication.

Sydney Chic Magazine reserves the right to reject images that do not meet the required quality, resolution, styling, or editorial standard.

Publication Approval and Final Content

Once both parties have agreed on the selected images, layout direction, and feature details, Sydney Chic Magazine will proceed with the magazine design and publication process.

After final approval has been provided by both parties, Sydney Chic Magazine will not be liable for any requested changes, dissatisfaction, or disputes relating to the final published images, layout, styling, captions, or overall feature presentation, provided the publication reflects the agreed materials and approved direction.

Any requested changes after approval may not be guaranteed and may incur additional fees, depending on production timelines and print deadlines.

Legal Responsibility and Indemnity

By submitting your work or participating in a Sydney Chic Magazine organised photoshoot, you confirm that you have the full legal right, permission, and authority to provide all submitted materials for publication.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sydney Chic Magazine, including its management, agents, employees, contractors, officers, supervisors, photographers, editors, and representatives, from and against any allegations, claims, causes of action, costs, damages, expenses, legal fees, judgments, liabilities, or losses arising from your submission, participation, image use, or any breach of these terms.

Age Requirement

By submitting your work, you guarantee that all models, creatives, and team members involved in the submission are eighteen (18) years of age or older. If you are under 18, you need you guardians to approve prior in a separate applications.  

Submissions involving minors will not be accepted.

If Sydney Chic Magazine forms the opinion that a minor may have been included in a submission, we reserve the right to request valid proof of identification. Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in the submission being rejected or removed from consideration.
